Service was excellent throughout. Prompt response to test drive request; friendly and efficient at the point of sale; attentive and informative during factory-to-showroom; and very thorough handover. Service far superior to Audi dealership.

I was expecting my service and convertible roof adaptation to be completed in one day but was disappointed to have to leave it for an additional day.
As in question 1 Darren gave me constant updates and was able to answer all my questions .
there is a BMW showroom and a mini show room, you keep swapping between the two as to where to book in the car. its very confusing every time I turn up I don't know where to go to.

Purchase (EVENTUALLY!!!) via Paul Chaney and Ed Leland was excellent. Was an exciting and professional experience. Discussed finances / car in detail.
The delivery of the car was quicker than possible, salesman was fantastic. Only downfall was I had scratches on the car the day of delivery, it looked as though it had buffed them out, however looking back over the car in sunlight it was there still.

As above. All staff with exception of the receptionist in service area were great. Service was done in a good timely manner. Not 2.5 hours as I have been told by this lady thankfully. On previous occasions was seen by Les and service was 100%

Did exactly what they said they would do and ensured my car service was completed for me to make an appointment I had.
I used to go to the Bromley Stephen James but every time they would never let me know when car was ready and was so rude the staff at Ruxley were 100% better and will definitely be coming back again next year.
