Having accepted the offer of an end of 3 year warranty final service, I was surprised to learn that the car had been serviced in about 2 hours rather than the entire day it usually takes...they changed the oil in a car that had run just over 7k miles
I was kept informed of progress and advised of things to be done in the near future.
It took too long.
Would have been completely satisfied but the car wasn't cleaned as well as it normally is.
The process for bookin and collecting was very smooth and easy. The work was completed within warranty to my satisfaction. I received a video showing the condition inspection as well.
I had to wait nearly two weeks for an appointment. Also, my car was taken in at 8am and not available to collect until 4pm. I found this excessive. I was not offered a courtesy vehicle and the fault has only slightly improved. I am still monitoring.

This was my third visit to remedy a problem with my climate control the problem still hasn't been resolved as yet. My car was also returned to me with a very small electrical issue, although when I took it back, it was resolved in a matter of seconds
Just a brake fluid change so was fairly quick.
Due to my tlc package there was no cost involved. Very pleased with that and staff were very polite and approachable. However a booked service time would be more appreciated as I had an difficult journey home as the car was in for most of day. I
