Polite staff and always asked if you were being helped but I waited 1 hour before I could have the handover of my car . Surely another salesman could of done this ?

This was my first experience of attending an authorised Mini dealer for service and aftercare. The staff were polite, helpful and kept me informed at all times. The service was carried out promptly and a fault rectified.

Overall customer service was lacking. Loan car cleanest, time set incorrectly, steering wheel commands not working. Information asked on car readiness was given incorrectly. Customer representative not delivery what promised. Collection of my car

I dealt with Adam Morgan and he was extremely professional and efficient. Not pushy in anyway and in fact I felt he went out of his way to accommodate my requirements to include a black interior roof in my new Mini which was not in the deal.
Again kept upto date with delivery etc.
Always friendly staff . Quick MOT. Waited in comfortable surroundings witb refreshment. Car cleaning is always a bonus. However do think the price for brake pad fitting a little high.
I waited whilst my car was serviced and was told it would be about 1.5 hours and after 1.5 hours the car had been serviced and washed
Arrived early and was told it would be 90 minutes, but all done and left within an hour, also excellent customer service throughout.
There wasn't any problems.

Paul and the team are great and went the extra mile, but I am really upset that the same issue is still coming up after paying for things to be fixed, told it has been fixed and there is no issue. Other issues highlighted though.

I've docked one star for the video I was sent. The idea is good, but if you find mine and watch it, you will see that the commentary is spoilt by "white noise" to such an extent that you can hardly hear a word being said.

Car returned dirty. Service dept Paul was excellent, got it done again - still not clean. Tyre reset not be completed Paul addressed this. Scratch on passenger door however cant prove it was done during service, not there when car dropped off.

Booked 90 minute service, but was not advised of 10.00 booking therefore arrived hour and a quarter early. Was told that the service would be started as soon as possible. Returned 2 1/2 hrs later eventually collected car a further 1 hour later.
