On arrival to collect my car, I was informed that the mechanic had taken my key fob home with him. I waited for a while, but then had to leave. When I returned early the following day, I had to wait around again. Not very satisfactory.

Each service I have bought my mini in for via the BMW side the staff lack customer service skills and have been abrupt and rude. My husband recently bought our current mini in for its first service via mini side and didn't have a good experience.

I brought my car in at 8am was seen first and in there for 5 mins max nice and easy. I couldn't pick my car up till 5pm which was the whole day.I think they lost my key but then eventually found it which isn't a problem except I had to wait 10mins

Mark at mini Ruxley was very helpful assisting me when my engine had a fault. He dealt with it effectively and solved the issue and although it's a shame I had to seek this help in the first place I am extremely grateful to him.

We would have said completely satisfied but after 2 hrs waiting was told they didn't have part to come back at four. BUT-they did clean our car inside and out. Lovely!

sorted everything out, managed to do a £550 steering wheel change under warranty, offered a loan car (I didn't need it however) and everyone was very friendly. I will never return to a Kwik Fit. Stephen James Ruxley is like flying good business class

I had to have a courtesy car as my previous finance was coming to an end and the Ruxley centre sorted it for me within days which was extremely helpful. Everyone who helped me was amazing especially my sales rep Ziggy.
